Tina was a flagger on I-57 near 115th. She was holding a 'SLOW DOWN' sign when Thomas J Harris lost control of his car and hit Tina at 60mph in a 45mhp construction zone. Harris had a blood-alcohol level twice the legal limit. He got 11 years for killing a innocent person. Tina was a daughter, a sister, a wife, a mother and a grandmother. We miss her everyday. RIP TINA
